"I scheduled an event with One Plus One for the teachers in my department. The goal that I had set, which was team building, was achieved.
People who couldn't be in the same room together can now sit and collaborate to develop a well-balanced horizontal and vertical curriculum. Our students bring many challenges and we are now better able to design lessons in such a way that they are accessible and applicable to their lives as well as flexible and appropriate enough for a wide range of learners.
The teachers also enjoyed learning about the shops and restaurants in Roscoe Village that they did not previously know were there. Now that they know what is available to them only blocks from the school, many of the teachers have patronized the shops and restaurants."

Our scavenger hunt took place in the downtown loop with four teams. Not only was it great to strategize and problem-solve as an individual team, it was fun to compete against fellow employees on different teams. I was very impressed with Julie’s fun, creative ideas she brought to the table. Her passion, professionalism and attention to detail made the event far exceed my expectations.
