With a Bachelor's degree in psychology and a Master's in business, Julie is now taking the opportunity to combine the two disciplines in the interest of improving business relationships in the workplace. With One Plus One Events, Julie strives for teams to realize that the synergy of what they are together is so much more than what each individual can contribute on his or her own. The pre-One Plus One scavenger hunts received such positive reviews, Julie recognized the value of this vehicle for businesses of all sizes.
During the development of One Plus One, it became clear that the unique style of One Plus One's scavenger hunts can serve as an effective marketing option for Merchant Communities. Seeing an opportunity to stimulate economic growth in the retail sector, Julie reacted to this opportunity. This solution customizes the marketing event for each participating merchant within the community to build future business. These events are a spin off of One Plus One's popular team building scavenger hunts.
Julie completed her MBA at Loyola University Chicago, BA at the University of Redlands in California and is PMP certified. She uses her expertise to work with various sized businesses and merchant communities. Julie spent over 13 years at Wachovia Bank and uses her insight from working in Corporate America to tailor events based on business needs. Today, Julie focuses her efforts on providing value-added services to business organizations in the form of team building and marketing.
